-Exterior: Image of the ocean was used to imply a higher sea level, stilts were added for the same reason. The blinds/shades over the windows are solar panels. The windows are heavily tinted.
Interior: 'water-saver' tap featured. Contemporary tiling (glass bricks) and bright colour used in bathroom. The floor is polished concrete (as seen in research). An LCD screen is positioned on the wall, which is indicating water temperature. Again, windows are heavily tinted (due to apparent increase in temperature/sun).
